Celebrity guest night entered its third straight week when Kelly Thomas and Randy Steffen of Wilder stopped by to play songs from and talk about “Pick Your Poison,” the band’s first full-length album. Bob says hello to his new friends at the Milton Tavern and waxes philosophic about meeting two people from Mongolia in the past three weeks.  And if all that isn’t enough, Bob is off to bask in the wonderfullness that is Reds spring training where hope springs eternal that he’ll finally make the team. At the very least, he plans to meet the Hall of Famer, Marty Brennaman. We’re sure Marty will have some on air tips for the guys.

Cincinnati singer-songwriter Kim Taylor graced our studios tonight and certainly brightened up the place.  She played three songs from her new “Songs of Instruction” album, which if life was fair, would debut at the top of the charts when it comes out Feb. 22.  If that’s not enough, Bob, ever the romantic, plays a collection of love songs for his valentine.
